Through Christ You Are Enough

Last night I saw a blooming business that was doing something God had given me an idea to do over 15 years ago. Seeing it caused two thoughts to come forth; 1- what if I had really pressed in and moved forward with that idea and 2- this could have been me, but I praise God somebody is reaping the harvest I didn't glean and they are living off the overflow - God wastes nothing.

It also evoked these determinations of heart - as God is my witness if it is within my power and ability I will NEVER let go of another God given assignment, vision, dream, or idea again.

My time is coming back around, it may not be that specific idea, vision or dream but God has something else for me. I’m up next and what I didn’t know then I absolutely know now and that is God has made me enough. 

You see my friends, God never gives a dream, vision or idea except He has equipped you to walk it out. In fact He is able to do more than you can ever ask think or imagine when you make a decision to walk it out. (Hebrews 13:21 and Ephesians 3:20)

When God brought the children of Israel to the promised land He had already secured their victory, however the people outside of Joshua and Caleb only saw themselves as grasshoppers and fear prevented them from going forward into the blessing of destiny. (Numbers 13:33)

How about you? Have you ever let go of a God given assignment, dream, vision or idea because you didn't think you could or should? Perhaps you felt like I did with that business; you didn't think you had enough, knew enough or where enough to bring it to fruition? Or perhaps fear of failure or in some cases fear of success kept you from going forward with it?

Make a determination today that you will commit to bringing to birth every dream God gives you no matter how hard the pregnancy or labor to deliver it may be or in most cases appear to be. 

Often we give up before we get started because of how it looks, but looks can be deceiving. Remember God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of love, power and soundness of mind. (2Timothy 1:7)

If God gave you the idea He has already given you all that you need to bring it to pass. When you make a determination to step out of the shadow of fear you will find the thing you feared the most was really a small thing in the light of God. You can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you! (Philippians 4:13)
